Li Yue
Ms. Li Yue is the professor-level senior engineer and expert in the field of national resources and environment, especially in the circular economy. She has a range of professional qualifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) awarded by Project Management Institute, member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB), Certified Senior Enterprise Risk Manager (CSERM) appraised by Asia Association of Risk and Crisis Management, China’s Registered Consulting Engineer, and China’s Registered Supervision Engineer.

Since 2004, Ms. Li, as an expert in the field of resources and environment and circular economy, has participated in the formulation and research of national policies, guidelines, systems, and plans in the fields of circular economy, resources conservation and environmental protection, and ecological civilization. She participated in the revision of the Promotion Law of Circular Economy issued by the National People's Congress, the 12th Five-Year Plan for the Construction of Harmless Treatment Facilities of National Domestic Waste first issued by the State Council and the related 13th five-year plan under preparation. She also took part in the formulation of the Compulsory Classification System of Domestic Waste to be issued by the State Council, which represents the first important system formulated by China in the corresponding area. The special consulting paper written by Ms. Li was reviewed and instructed by the then premier and deputy premier of the State Council. She participated in the compilation of the series Report on the Development of China's Circular Economy. She was invited to publish articles in newspapers and magazines such as China Economic Herald, China Investment, and China Venture Capital.
