| China International Engineering Consulting Corporation (CIECC), a centrally affiliated enterprise under the management of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, is the largest comprehensive engineering consulting company in China and a major consulting service provider for the scientific decision-making for the investment and construction projects initiated by the central government. It has a registered capital of RMB 1.2 billion.
CIECC has its business presence in most sectors of the economy. It holds Class-A certificates for engineering consulting, construction supervision, project tendering, and project cost estimation; and is certified to ISO14000 and OHSAS18000. It has a complete quality management system that covers its entire business structure. It is registered with a number of international financial organizations such as the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank.
Since its establishment in 1982, CIECC has been playing an important role in the decision-making and implementation process of the central government for major construction projects and provided a large amount of consulting service to local governments, enterprises, and various other customers. By July 2025,CIECC had completed more than 200,000 consulting and evaluation tasks with a total investment of RMB200 trillion.
